my stomach is so fucked up there has to be a cyst, tumor, blood clot, or something fucking with it because i have been in more pain within the past two weeks than ever before. including my lower back, which has never been an issue for me before.

If it’s your lower back, it may be a problem with your kidneys. My mom had kidney stones a lot and she always said she had pain in her lower stomach and back.
